Product Return Policy

A request for return of product must be made within 60 days of the Invoice Date.

No returned product will be accepted unless the Buyer has first received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document, including an assigned RMA #, from the Seller.

Once an RMA document has been issued to the Buyer, the Buyer has 15 days to return the item to the Seller. If the product has not been received by the Seller within 15 days, the RMA document shall be deemed null and void, and a new RMA must be requested by the Buyer. If the RMA document is nullified after the 60-day return window has elapsed, the Seller may refuse the Buyers’ request to return the product.

Product identified on the Buyer’s Quote and/or Order Acknowledgement as Non-Returnable and/or Non-Refundable will not be accepted for return unless the product is determined to be defective or there was an error made by the Seller.

Returned product must be sent back to the Seller using the shipping method specified by the Seller in the RMA document. If the Buyer fails to comply with the shipping instructions as set forth in the RMA document, any incurred costs will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Returned product will be inspected and counted by the Seller; if product is returned in full and in acceptable condition, the Seller will issue the Buyer a Credit for the amount of the product purchase, less any applicable Restock Charges or Shipping and Handling Charges. The amount of the Credit will be detailed in the RMA document.

All product returns are subject to a Restock Charge of $5.00 or 15% of the Order Total (excluding Shipping & Handling costs), whichever is greater. The amount of the Restock Charge will be detailed in the RMA document.

All returned product must be clearly labeled with the RMA # assigned, and a copy of the RMA document should be included within the packaging of the product being returned. Returned product must be appropriately packaged in a manner similar to the packaging in which it was received, in order to avoid damage during transit. If a returned product is received in a damaged condition, the Seller reserves the right to send the product back to the Buyer at the Buyers’ expense, and no credit will be issued for the return.
