BY PURCHASING FROM SC Fastening Systems, LLC., YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No other terms shall apply except as agreed upon in writing signed by us. We reserve the right at any time to correct typographic errors and reject any orders resulting from such errors.

PRICES & PAYMENT
SC Fastening Systems, LLC accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For customers with established credit, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment or pick-up. Open accounts available once proper documentation (i.e. credit application and credit references) has been furnished and may take several days for approval. Export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and conditions. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, SC Fastening Systems, LLC may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of the unshipped order.

SALES TAX
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
You may return items sold and fulfilled by SC Fastening Systems, LLC within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). SC Fastening Systems, LLC will not refund shipping & handling fees as well as any return shipping costs if return is not a result of our error and customer will be responsible for the full cost of these charges. All Overstock Items are non-refundable / non-returnable. Refunds should be received within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in general the refund will be received sooner.

STOCKING POLICY
Not all items on www.scfastening.com are in stock at all times and lead times may vary due to vendor availability and order size. SC Fastening Systems is commited to conveying any lead times to our customer; however; SC Fastening will not be held responsible for any errors in lead time to due to vendor unavailability.

Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by SC Fastening Systems, LLC and charged to the customer. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. For estimated shipping charges, please request information via a quote through our catalog system or contact us at (800) 232-2659 or by email at info@scfastening.com. All shipping charges are estimated at the time of quote and may vary depending on any changes to an order (i.e. increasing/decreasing quantities, adding/subtracting items, etc.)
